Member Events

Member Events resources return either a collection or instance of members' participation data for the activities they were invited to.

There are three basic types of activities that are available to all communities:

Surveys

There are two types of surveys:

  • Research survey: A series of questions measuring members' attitudes, beliefs, opinions, and habits. For more information, see Surveys.
  • Recruitment survey: A series of member profile questions about the demographic makeup of community. For more information, see Recruitment.
Forums

Conduct qualitative research with members by creating a forum and inviting them to participate.

External Activities

Activities created outside of Community that leverage Community functionality, such as distribution and analytics.
