Preview the portal and community theme
View specific portal pages as they appear to community members.
Note:
- This content about Community portals applies to new customers who do not have Member Hubs. Upgraded customers use Member Hubs, or continue to use their portal setup from Sparq 1.
- Author users cannot access Community, portal, and theming setup functionality.

The portal home page
To preview changes to the portal content, widgets, and footer:
- Open the Community app and click at the top of the page.
- Click Portal Content.
- In the upper-right corner, click Preview.
The Sign Up page
To preview the
Sign Up page:
- Open the Community app and click at the top of the page.
- Click Community Setup.
- In the upper-right corner of the Sign Up / Sign In tab, click Preview the Member Sign Up Page.
The Sign In page
To preview the
Sign In page:
- Open the Community app and click at the top of the page.
- Click Community Setup.
- In the upper-right corner
of the
Portal Home Page tab, click
Go to Portal Home Page.
Note: Go to Portal Home Page works for Admins and Power Users who have Can access sensitive data enabled.
Note: If you see the portal home page, click
Sign Out to see the
Sign In page.
The community theme
To preview changes to the appearance of the portal:
- Open the Community app and click at the top of the page.
- Click Theming.
- In the upper-right corner, click Preview.
At the top of the page, use the left-hand menu to select the application area, and use the right-hand menu to preview specific pages. The following table describes which pages you can preview.
