Change an activity's status from Open to
Closed to stop gathering data and block activity access.

Open the activity by doing one of the following:
- In the Community app, click
See All Activities, and then click the
survey name.
- Open the
Surveys app, and then click the activity name.
- If the activity is a recruitment survey, open the Community app, click the
Recruit tab, and then click the
recruitment survey name in the
Recruiting list.

Click the
Distribute tab.

Click
Close when prompted for confirmation.
Result: The activity is closed and links are inactive. You cannot
send invitations and reminders, and any scheduled invitations and reminders are
cancelled. Participants are blocked from accessing the activity.
