Delete an activity

Delete a pending activity if you change your mind.

Prerequisites:

For recruitment surveys, you must be an Admin, or a Power User with the Can access recruitment surveys permission to complete this task.

When you delete an activity, any components associated with the activity are deleted, including invitations, reminders, and activity links. You cannot undo a deletion.
Note:
  • Open and closed activities cannot be deleted to ensure no data is lost.
  • You cannot delete a published power survey, even if it has not collected data.

  • Delete a recruitment survey.
    1. Open the Community app and click the Recruit tab in the activity toolbar.
    2. Hover over the recruitment survey listing in the All Recruitment Activities list, click the options menu, and select Delete.
  • Delete an activity.
    1. Open the Surveys app.
    2. On the right-hand side, click the options menu and select Delete.
