Delete an activity
When you delete an activity, any components associated with the activity are deleted, including invitations, reminders, and activity links. You cannot undo a deletion.
Prerequisites:
For recruitment surveys, you must be an Admin, or a Power User with the Can access recruitment surveys permission to complete this task.
Survey deletion is important for data hygiene. When you delete a survey, the survey and its associated data are removed from the application. Any member data associated with members who answered the survey is not deleted; only their responses to that particular survey are.
Important: Survey deletion is not regulatory compliance; it
removes data but doesn't destroy it. If you're seeking regulatory compliance,
use
sensitive data purge instead. Sensitive data
purge is the only feature that truly destroys survey and member data by
overwriting it.
Note:
- You can delete pending or closed surveys, but not open ones.
- You cannot delete a
published power survey, even if it has not collected data.

App Drawer and select
Recruit.

Hover over the recruitment survey listing in the
All Recruitment Activities list, click the
options menu, and select
Delete.
