Organizing collections in the menu bar

You can arrange the order of the collections in the menu bar and specify whether the All collection should be displayed.

By default, all posts are included in the All collection whether they are in another collection or not. If you do not want the All collection to appear in your hub menu, you can turn it off and choose which collection should be displayed as the home collection that users see first.

Categories appear in a vertical list on the Collections and Tags page. The categories at the top of the list appear on the left side of the menu bar.

  1. On the task toolbar, click Properties > Collections & Tags.
  2. If you want to remove the All page from the menu, click the Hide All Page icon.

You can restore the All page by clicking Show All Page.

  3. If you want to change the home collection, the collection that is displayed to users first, click the Make Home Page icon next to the collection to use as the default collection.

The navy blue icon identifies the collection selected as the home page.

Note: Posts in the home collection will always appear above content from any other collections in the hub stream, even if the other collection content is newer.
  4. On the Collections & Tags page, use the arrows at the left side of the collection to move it up or down.
