Managing comments and replies

You can use the Comments tab on the Manage Content page to view and manage all of the comments and replies from your community members.

The Comments tab aggregates all of the comments and replies from your community, allowing you to read or reply to without needing to navigate to each forum thread.

Comments are sorted from newest to oldest.

  1. Click Content > Manage Content.
  2. Click the Comments tab.
  3. Optional: To filter the posts displayed:
    1. Click Filters.
    2. To filter by post, enter all or part of the post title and select the checkbox next to each of the posts to include from the list of results.
    3. To filter by date, manually select the date range to include, or click one of the preset options (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days).
    4. To include additional information about the post each comment is associated with, select the Add post context to export data checkbox.
      This additional information includes the post title and the post ID. If you are filtering reports for a date range, a row with the details for each post is also included. This enables you to match each exported comment with the corresponding post in the exported CSV file.
    5. Click Apply.
  4. Optional: To reply to a post, click Reply, enter your response and click Post.
  5. Optional: To like a post click the Like icon.
  6. Optional: To delete a post, click Delete.
