View the Delayed Delivery report

View the number of emails which are pending delivery.

  1. On the task toolbar, click Content > Newsletters.
  2. Optional: Click the time range selector to set the report start and end dates.
    • Use the calendar to select the start and end date.
    • At the right side of the dialog, select a pre-defined time range.
  3. In the left-hand navigation pane, click Delayed.
    Result: The report displays the delayed delivery rate for the specified time range as a bar chart. Hover over a bar in the chart to see why an email is delayed. Possible values are:
    • Unknown: An unknown error has occurred.
    • Graylisted: A temporary rejection to verify if the sender will retry.
    • Mailbox Full: Recipient is unable to accept mail because the mailbox is full.
    • Rate Limited: Too many emails being sent at one time.
    • Server Error: Issue with the email service provider.
