View the Delayed Delivery report
View the number of emails which are pending delivery.

On the task toolbar, click
Content > Newsletters.
- Optional:
Click the time range selector to set the report start and end
dates.
- Use the calendar to select the start and end date.
- At the right side of the dialog, select a pre-defined time range.

In the left-hand navigation pane, click
Delayed.
Result: The report displays the delayed delivery rate for the specified time range as a bar chart. Hover over a bar in the chart to see why an email is delayed. Possible values are:
- Unknown: An unknown error has occurred.
- Graylisted: A temporary rejection to verify if the sender will retry.
- Mailbox Full: Recipient is unable to accept mail because the mailbox is full.
- Rate Limited: Too many emails being sent at one time.
- Server Error: Issue with the email service provider.
