View the email delivery report

View which recipients received, opened, and clicked an email.

Note: Member Hubs use tracking pixels to record the open rate of an email. When the pixel is downloaded by a member, Community records the email as opened.
Some members cannot be counted in the open rate, even if they open the email. Open rates cannot be tracked when members turn off:
  • HTML and display text only when viewing emails
  • Images when viewing emails

This may also cause the Clicked rate to be greater than the Opened rate.

For more information, see Cookies and tracking pixels in the Alida Help Center.
