View the Undeliverable report

View the percentage of emails that could not be delivered.

  1. On the task toolbar, click Content > Newsletters.
  2. Optional: Click the time range selector to set the report start and end dates.
    • Use the calendar to select the start and end date.
    • At the right side of the dialog, select a pre-defined time range.
  3. In the left-hand navigation pane, click Undeliverable.
    Result: The report displays the undeliverable rate for the specified time range as a bar chart. Hover over a bar in the chart to see why the email was not delivered. The users who did not receive the email are displayed below the chart.
