Share survey data on the hub

Publish a chart or table on the member hub.

Note:
  • Admins can perform this task. To perform this task as a Power User, you must have Can access sensitive data enabled.
  • Authors and Analysts cannot perform this task.
  1. Open the Surveys app and click the name of the activity to add the report from.
  2. On the activity toolbar, click Report.
  3. Select a report from the list.
  4. On the question toolbar, click Publish to Hub.
    Note: You cannot publish a table to the hub.
    Result: The Publish To Member Hub dialog appears.
  5. Optional: Edit the chart details.
    1. From the Hub list, select a hub
    2. In the Title field, type the chart title.
    3. In the Description field, add contextual text about the chart.
    4. From the Collection list, select a collection.
    5. In the Tags field, type keywords that define the content.
  6. Click Publish.
  7. Optional: Edit the post on the Member Hub.
    Tip: Adding an image or video that compliments the chart is recommended to make the post more engaging.
