Share a text analysis visualization to a hub

Publish a text analysis visualization to a member or stakeholder hub.

  • Admins can perform this task. To perform this task as a Power User, you must have Can access sensitive data enabled.
  • Authors and Analysts cannot perform this task.
  1. Open the Surveys app and click the name of the activity to add the report from.
  2. On the activity toolbar, click Report.
  3. Click Standard Reporting.
  4. Select a text analysis from the list.
  5. Click the Visualizations tab.
  6. Click Publish to Hub in the top right corner of a visualization you want to share.
    Result: The Publish To Hub dialog appears.
  7. Optional: Edit the visualization details.
    1. From the Hub list, select a hub.
    2. In the Title field, type a title for the visualization.
    3. In the Description field, add contextual text about the visualization.
    4. From the Collection list, select a collection.
    5. In the Tags field, type keywords that define the content.
  8. Click Publish.
  9. Optional: Edit the post in the member or stakeholder hub.
