Integrate BHN Rewards

Install the BHN Rewards integration from the App Center to connect your organization's BHN Rewards account with your Community community, and reward members for their participation with points and digital rewards.

Prerequisites:

You must have a BHN Rewards account.

  1. In the navigation bar, click Product Settings > App Center - App Directory.
  2. Install BHN Rewards using one of the following options:
    Option Description
    App Directory
    1. Navigate to the Incentives section of the Integrations page.
    2. Click Install under the BHN Rewards application icon.

    1. Navigate to the Incentives section of the Integrations page.
    2. Click the BHN Rewards application icon.

      The application redirects you to the BHN Rewards details page.

    3. Click Install.
  3. If this is your first time installing an app from the App Directory, review the terms and conditions, select I accept the terms and conditions, and click OK.
  4. Enter your BHN Rewards API access key credentials (Client ID and Client Secret).
    You can create the required BHN Rewards API access key in your BHN Rewards account. For more information, see Generate your access key in BHN Rewards.
  5. Enter the maximum point value for each community you want to connect to BHN Rewards.
    This value is the limit for point assignments, helping to ensure that invitations are not excessively rewarded. Assigning a point maximum to a community is all that is required to enable BHN Rewards for that community. If you have multiple communities, you do not have to specify a point maximum for every community.
  6. Click Install.
    After the integration is installed successfully, you will see a Incentives tab when editing the invitations of eligible activities. For more information, see Assign points for activity completion.
