Enrich member profiles and personalize engagement with contact data from your CRM platform.

An Alida CRM Integration will automatically update Profile Variables with data from contact records in your CRM platform. As Profile Variables, this data can be used for targeting, filtering, and customizing member communications. Profile Variables are also made available to the Rule Engine in Alida CXM.
