Export discussion guides

You can export an Excel file with the discussion guide questions and how the questions were answered in each video discussion to quickly compare answers across the whole project.

Prerequisites:

You must be an Admin, or a Power User, Author, or Video Discussions User with the Can schedule Video interviews and manage projects permission to complete this task.

Note: For this export to work, you must mark off questions during the discussion.
  1. Select Interview Prep > Discussion Guide.
  2. Click Export Answers to download an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file with the questions and answers from the discussion guide.
