Delete a recording or clip

You can delete full recordings or individual clips as needed.

Prerequisites:

You must be an Admin, or a Power User, Author, or Video Discussions User with the Can schedule Video interviews and manage projects permission to complete this task.

When you delete a video discussion all associated videos, clips, transcripts, and other participant data will also be deleted.

Select Insights > Recordings.
Select the interview to work with from the Interviews list on the left-hand menu.
To delete an interview, select Tools & Downloads > Delete Interview.
To delete a clip, select Delete Clip from the clip menu.
Click Delete in the confirmation dialog box.
