Customize takeaway questions

Project owners can use takeaways to gather input from moderators and observers immediately after the end of a session.

Prerequisites:

You must be an Admin, or a Power User, Author, or Video Discussions User with the Can schedule Video interviews and manage projects permission to complete this task.

You can edit the questions at any time, and any future moderators or observers in that project will see the new questions.
  1. Select Insights > Takeaways.
  2. Do any of the following to update the takeaway:
    1. Click the default question text boxes and update the questions to use.
    2. Click New Question and add the question in the new question text box.
    3. Click New Section and enter the name for the section in the new section text box.
    4. Delete a question or section by clicking delete next to the item to remove.
    5. Reorder sections or questions by clicking and dragging the drag button beside the item and moving it to the new location.
  3. Click Save.
