Inviting video discussion participants

Invite participants to your video discussion. The workflow varies slightly depending on whether the video discussion is instant or scheduled.

Invite participants to an instant video discussion
Invite participants to an instant video interview. You can set up video discussions with up to 16 attendees, including moderators and observers.
Invite participants to a scheduled video discussion
Invite or remind participants to choose a scheduled timeslot. After they have scheduled themselves, you can send follow-up interview communications to update participants on any changes. The interview communications also allow them to re-schedule or cancel.
Grant video discussion access to a third party moderator
Moderators play an active role in video discussions. They are seen and heard by participants, they ask questions, and they lead and set the tone for the overall conversation.
Grant video discussion access to a third party observer
Observers are there to observe video discussion participants and gather insights. They can see and hear everyone in the meeting room, although participants are unaware of their presence.
Cancel a video discussion
You can cancel a video discussion if you, or the participants, cannot attend.
Send notifications for cancelled and rescheduled meetings
If a participant cannot attend a meeting and cancels or reschedules the meeting, you can continue to communicate with them by sending distribution emails.
