Mark up stimuli using the whiteboard
When sharing stimuli in a video discussion, use the whiteboard to draw or write on the file.
After sharing media in the meeting room, images, PDFs, PowerPoint and Word files are shown on the whiteboard. The whiteboard is not available for videos.
Invite participants to share their opinions on the shared stimuli by writing or drawing on the file. Moderator markup is visible to all participants. Participant markup is hidden from other participants by default.
The table below describes the tool options on the whiteboard.

Close whiteboard | Stop sharing the stimuli and close the whiteboard tool. | |
Select the color for drawing | Set the color for your markup. Each
participant is automatically assigned a different markup color.
Note: Participants are not able to change their markup color.
Moderators can reassign participant color by clicking the pen icon beside the
participant's name.

Select items to move around | Click and drag drawings, shapes, or text to move them around the whiteboard. | |
Drawing | Draw a freeform shape on the whiteboard using a pen tool. | |
Add text | Add text to the whiteboard. Select the font size in the text editor. | |
Draw lines | Draw straight lines on the whiteboard. | |
Draw rectangle | Add a rectangle shape. | |
Draw circles | Add a circle shape. | |
Erase drawing | Erase elements by clicking on them. | |
Zoom in on selection | Select an area to zoom in on. Click the icon again to zoom out. | |
Reveal participant markup | Participant markup is hidden to other participants by default. When clicked, participant markup is shown to all participants. Click again to hide markup from other participants. Moderator markup is shown at all times. | |
Save snapshot | Save a snapshot of the current whiteboard as
an image. The snapshot is saved to the Recordings tab.
Note: The whiteboard is automatically recorded in the session
recording.
