Integrate Location Review data

Connect with the Review Data app to monitor and discover insights from customer review sites.

1. In the navigation bar, click Product Settings > App Center - App Directory.
   
2. Install Alida Reviews using one of the following options:

   Option	Description
   App Directory	Navigate to the Reviews section of the Integrations page. Click Install under the Alida Reviews application icon.
   Review Data page	Navigate to the Reviews section of the Integrations page. Click the Alida Reviews application icon. The application redirects you to the Review Data details page. Click Install.

3. In the Finding Your API Information section, read the information in the dialog and copy the following information from the API page.

   To find information, in the navigation bar click Product Settings > API.

   Note: If a Client ID and Secret is not already created, click New Credential and enter in the fields for the credential.

   • Community API Key Name
   • API Key
   • Client ID
   • Client Secret
4. Click Proceed.
5. In the pop-up, enter in the information from the API page and click Next.
6. Enter in a SlackAlertURL and click Next.
   To retrieve the SlackAlertURL, click Learn More and follow the steps 1-3 in the Getting started with Incoming Webhooks section.

   1. After completing step 3, copy the Webhook URL found in the Webhook URLs for Your Workspace section.
   2. Paste the Webhook URL in the Webhook URL field.
7. Click Finish.
