Add a document

Add a document to a question or email.

Note: The maximum size for file uploads is 5 MB.
  1. Place the cursor in the text where the document link will be added.
  2. On the Editing toolbar, click the Document Manager button.
  3. Optional: Upload the file.
    1. Click Upload.
    2. Click Select.
    3. Browse to the file, and then select it.
    4. Click Upload.
    Note:
    • Documents in the Shared folder are available in all surveys.
    • Documents in the documents folder are only available in that survey.
  4. Select the file.
  5. Set the properties.
    • In the Link Text field, type the text for the link.
    • In the ID field, type an ID for the link, or click the Generate ID button.
    • From the Target list, select where the document will open.
    • In the Tooltip field, type the text that will appear when the participant hovers over the link text.
  6. Click Insert.
