Edit an image in a question text or email

Change the size and other properties of an image.

  1. Right-click the image, and then select Properties.
  2. In the Properties dialog, change the image properties.
    • To resize the image, type a value in the Width and Height fields.
      Note: To maintain the image's original proportions, click the Maintain Proportions button, and then type a value in the Width or Height field.
    • To change the alignment of the image with the text, make a selection from the Image Alignment list.
    • To add a border, select a color from the Border Color list, and then set the border width.
    • To add space around the image, type a value in the Top, Bottom, Right, and Left fields.
    • To add alternative text, which is read by screen readers and is displayed in place of the image, type the text in the Alt Text field.
    • To add a tooltip for the image, enter the text in the Title Text field.
  3. Click OK.
Note:

When you replace the image in a question text or email, the image properties revert to the default settings.
