Unsubscribe Study
The Unsubscribe Study collects data about why participants choose to leave a Community and unsubscribe from survey notifications.
Departing participants are redirected to a brief survey and prompted to provide a reason. Because this is an optional survey, respondents can choose not to provide an answer.
The Unsubscribe Study is entirely editable. You can delete the default question, edit the default question's answers, or add new questions. As with other surveys, you cannot delete questions after the Unsubscribe Study is open and collecting live data, although you can hide the questions that you want to delete.
- The surveys were not relevant to me
- Too many survey invitations
- Not enough surveys or contact with the Community
- I was expecting something different when I signed up
- I am not given enough time to respond
- I don't feel that my input or opinions are valued
- Other (please specify)
The questions in the Unsubscribe Study behave like regular questions you ask in a survey. They can be added to question groups, reports, exports and filters. You can use these questions to learn more about your respondents, to increase data accuracy, or to further engage your respondents. These questions are for use in surveys only.
