Download a chart or heat map image

Download a chart or heat map as a PNG file, which you can then insert in documents and presentations.

Prerequisites:

Open the standard survey report.

Note:
  • Downloading tables as images is not supported.
  • If long answer text appears truncated with an ellipsis (...) in the chart, the corresponding PNG image will reflect the same truncation. Try editing long answer text before you download the image.
  1. On the question toolbar, click More.
  2. Click Download.
  3. Follow your web browser's prompts to save and open the PNG file.
    The file name is questionName.png.
    Note: If long answer text appears truncated with an ellipsis (...) in the chart, the corresponding PNG image will reflect the same truncation.
