Export a report to PPTX
Export a report as a PowerPoint presentation (.pptx). Once exported, you can keep and delete slides, edit the information on them, and customize the appearance of graphs and tables.
Ensure your report is displaying what you want:
- The View, Data, and Statistics settings are correct.
- Applied filters, subgroups, weighting, and significance testing are correct.
- The correct chart type is selected for each question.
- This feature is not supported for Google Slides.
- This feature works with PowerPoint version 2211 and above.
The All Active Exports dialog opens and shows your export's progress. You can stay on the page, or navigate away and return to the report to download the completed export later.
The PPTX file contains a summary title slide with the following information:
- Survey name
- Report name
- Data type (live or test)
- Total number of responses
- Data options (Complete, Incomplete, Disqualified)
- Filter criteria
- Significance testing details
- Exported date and time
Each question appears on its own slide. All question slides display the following information:
- Question type
- Question text
- Total number of responses
- Weighting information (if applied)
- Significance testing information (if applied)
Supported question types also display a table or chart that breaks down the summary data. Charts can show either counts or percentages, but not both. If you selected

Once exported, you can customize the look of charts and tables by editing each slide.
