View and manage exports for the report

The All Active Exports dialog lets you download, manage, and track exports across all reports for a given survey.

  • On the report toolbar, click Export > All Active Exports to open the All Active Exports dialog.
  • To check on the status of an export in progress, look at the progress bar to the right of the export.
  • To see if exports are ready to download, check for a green dot next to Export on the report toolbar.
    Tip:
    • A blue dot indicates the export is in progress.
    • A red dot indicates the export has failed.
  • To download a completed export, click Download, and then follow your browser's prompts to download and open the file.
    Note: An export remains in the All Active Export dialog until downloaded. There can be only 20 exports in the All Active Export dialog at a given time.
  • To delete unwanted or failed exports, click Delete to the far right.
    Delete unwanted or failed exports to ensure you can always download your exports.
  • When you are finished, click Done to close the All Active Exports dialog.
