Export response data in text analysis

Export response data in a CSV file for analysis outside of the application.

Prerequisites:

Create a text analysis from Open End questions.

  1. In the Responses tab of your text analysis, click Export.
  2. Follow your computer's prompts to download the file.
    Result: The CSV file contains all of the following response data from the Responses tab:
    • Total responses
    • Empty responses
    • Record set
    • Whether the response was included or excluded
    • Member ID
    • Whether the response was marked as a favorite or not
    • Filters
    • Responses
    • Tags
    • Sentiments
    Note:
    • Filter conditions will only appear in the CSV file if they are applied in the Responses tab.
    • You can filter for unspecified sentiments and untagged tags to quickly fill gaps in your text analysis.
