Collapse or expand all tiles in modern reports

You can quickly collapse all of the tiles in a report to view the listed questions in the report more easily, or expand them to view the details in each tile.

Note: Invalid options are grayed out. For example, if all of the tiles in the report are already collapsed, the Collapse All option is disabled.

• If one or more tiles is expanded, click Collapse All to minimize all tiles.
• If one or more tiles is collapsed, click Expand All to expand all tiles.
