Create an Appointment Booking question

Invite participants to book an appointment with you. This question type leverages the power of Calendly to create and manage appointments across different time zones, track participation, and integrate with Outlook and Google calendars.

Prerequisites:

To use this question type, you must:

  • Have a Calendly account.
  • In Calendly, on the Event Types page, click Copy Link for the event type you want.

Note:
  • A survey can have multiple Appointment Booking questions. However, there can only be one Appointment Booking question per survey page.
  • Because Calendly has no test mode, any appointments that you confirm while previewing the survey are considered real. You should clean up test appointments in Calendly before distributing the survey.
  • Calendly does not support the same languages as Community. Refer to Calendly's documentation for a list of supported languages and instructions on localizing the appointment booking interface.
  • To remove the "Powered by Calendly" branding from the question, you must have Calendly Premium or Pro.
  • The Appointment Booking question type does not support Calendly events created as meeting polls.
