Multiple Choice to Multiple Choice

Masked Multiple Choice to Rank Order

A Vancouver fitness studio has locations in multiple neighborhoods. Each location has a different selection of classes. The downtown location offers all classes; the Mt. Pleasant location does not offer HIIT, pilates, or bootcamp; and the Yaletown and Kitsilano locations do not offer boxing. You want to ask participants which classes they have tried at their home studio, how they would rank the classes they tried, and why they ranked a class last. To do this: In a Single Choice question, you ask participants to select their home studio location. In a Multiple Choice question, you ask participants to select the classes they have tried. This question has masking applied so that only classes available at their home studio are shown. In a Rank Order question, you carry forward the selected answers from the Multiple Choice question. In a follow-up Long Answer question, you pipe the Rank Order item that participants ranked last and ask them why.
