Edit the email body
Write and format the distribution email.

Preview |
Preview your email in a new browser tab, or print a paper copy for review. |
Cut |
Cut or copy selected text. Paste text as is, as plain text, or from Microsoft Word (so that it retains any special formatting). |
Undo |
Undo your last change, or reverse the Undo action. |
Find |
Search for text in your email, or search for and replace found text. |
Select All |
Select all of an email's content at once. |
Bold |
Apply bold, italicized, or underlined formatting to selected text. |
Insert/Remove Numbered List |
Format your text using numbered or bulleted lists. |
Decrease Indent |
Change the size of the indent preceding a line of text. |
Align Left |
Change the alignment of your text. |
Align text from left to right Align text from right to left |
Changes the alignment of a paragraph from left to right or from right to left. |
Styles |
Apply pre-set, specialized styling and formatting to selected text. |
Paragraph Format |
Apply heading or normal paragraph formatting. |
Font Name |
Choose a font type. The following fonts are available:
Note: If the community
locale is set to an Asian language, the only available font options are
Serif and
Sans-Serif.

Text Color |
Choose text and highlight colors. |
Maximize |
Click this button to expand the email editor to the full width of the browser window. Click again to restore the email editor to its original size. |
Show Blocks |
Click this button to display dotted outlines around different blocks of text. |
Link |
Insert a link or turn selected text into a link. Click the Link button. In the Link dialog, leave Link Type set to URL. From the Protocol menu, select the link protocol. The default protocol is http://. In the URL field, type the link address (for example, yourWebsite.com/privacypolicy.html). Click OK. |
Unlink |
Remove a link. Place your cursor in a link, and click the Unlink button. |
Anchor |
Insert an anchor (<a id="anchorname"
name="anchorname"></a> ) where your cursor is; the anchor can
then be used to create special links that point to exact places in the
email. |
Upload Image |
Insert an image in the email.
