The Total Eligible Recipients count

The Total Eligible Recipients count applies the following system filters on top of the member filter conditions you specified.

• Member status

  Total Eligible Recipients only includes members with a status of Active, Nonmember, and Pending.

• Previous invitations

  If members received a previous invitation for the same activity, Total Eligible Recipients will exclude them from the current invitation.

• Community

  If you have multiple communities, Total Eligible Recipients only includes members who are in the target community that was specified when the invitation was first created.

• Multiple member groups

  If you add multiple member groups to an invitation, Total Eligible Recipients is evaluated separately for each member filter. Therefore, the sum total of Total Eligible Recipients counts across all member groups may be inflated if members are eligible under the criteria of more than one group.

On the Recipients tab, the Total Eligible Recipients count shows the number of eligible members as of the Last Updated date and time. To update the count, click Refresh.
