The Activities page
The Activities page lists all research activities in the application.
For each activity, the following information is displayed.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Activity | Click the activity name to open the activity. |
Date Created | The date the activity was created. |
Date Closed | The activity's close date and time. If the activity is still open, you can click the close date link to go directly to the activity's Distribute page, where you can edit or remove a scheduled close date. |
Status | The activity's status (Open, Pending, or Closed). |
Created By | The name of the user that created the activity. If the user account no longer exists, the entry is listed as "Deleted User ". |
Teams | The teams assigned to the activity. For more information about how teams work, see Team-based access controls. |
Click New Project to begin creating a new activity.
Note: Analyst users cannot create new activities.
You can also use the Options menu on the right-hand side to quickly delete or duplicate an activity, access the activity's pages, and change access for other users. For classic surveys, there's also the option to convert the survey to a modern one.
Analyst users can only select Monitor or Reports in the Options menu. They do not have the necessary permissions to build, manage, and duplicate activities, or exclude them from stats.
