View a member's engagement with a piece of content
See the date and time a user viewed, liked, and commented on a piece of content on the hub.
Note: Hub Member users cannot view the engagement metrics. For more
information, see
Team roles.

Do one of the following:
- At the bottom of
the post, click the
Post performance button.
- At the top of
the post, click
.
- At the bottom of
the post, click the
Post performance button.

In the Users column, click a member's name.
Result: The User Metrics page displays the member's engagement with the piece of content.
Engagement Description Session A user's session details for a specific post. Views Total number of times a piece of content was viewed Likes Total number of times a piece of content was liked. This count does not include the number of times a comment was liked. Note: When a user unlikes a post, the column shows a count of zero as well as the timestamp of when they user clicked the Like button.
Contributions Total number of times the user commented on a post. Note: Owners, Moderators, and Collaborators who interacted with the post are included in the metrics.
