View a list of imports

See a summary of all CSV file imports in your Community.

The Completed Imports list includes CSV files imported:

  • From the Member Groups page
  • From the Member page
  • From the Profile Variables page
  • From the System Upload page
  • From within a recruitment invitation

The application automatically deletes listings for failed imports after 30 days.

Note: Admins can perform this task. To perform this task as a Power User, you must have Can access sensitive data enabled.
  1. Open the Community app and click Community > Member Groups at the top of the page.
  2. On the Member Groups toolbar, click Import.
  3. Scroll to the Completed Imports list.

    The following information is available for every CSV file in the Completed Imports list:

    • File name
    • Date on which the CSV file was imported
    • The admin user who imported the CSV file
    • How many individuals were added to the Community
    • How many individuals had their profile information updated by the import
    • The number of new profile variables added
    • The number of profile variables updated
    • Any errors and alerts
