Manage scheduled video discussion interviews

For scheduled video discussions, you can manage interview details on the Scheduling tab.

The Schedule tab displays information about the interviews you set up in the Overview page. It allows you to quickly review the scheduled interviews, and make and publish changes to the interviews.

  1. Open the Surveys app and select your scheduled video discussion activity.
  2. On the activity toolbar, click the Scheduling tab.
  3. Edit the Event Name.
  4. Provide an Event Description.
  5. Edit the timeslot.
  6. Update the Quota count for a timeslot.
    Note: By default, quotas are set to 1 for each timeslot. You must review the Quota counts and manually change them to match the number of participants you specified on the Overview page. The minimum is 1 and the maximum is 15.
  7. Beside a timeslot, toggle Include on or off.

    If Include is toggled on, the timeslot appears as an available option to participants.

  8. If you have changed interview details on the Overview page, click Refresh to view them on the Scheduling tab.
    Note: You must click Refresh every time you update interview details. Otherwise, participants will not see the updates.
