Participate or observe from your mobile device

Participants and observers can join video discussions from their mobile devices.

Note: Joining from mobile devices works best for 1:1 interviews, but can also be used to join focus groups.

Mobile browser requirements

Safari is required on iOS devices.
Chrome is required on Android devices.

Supported features

Access to audio and video in the interview room.
Access to the session chat
Access to whiteboard. Mobile users have access to features for annotating the whiteboard.

Can view Moderator's shared screen.

Limitations for mobile users

Participants can only see themselves and the Moderator. Other participants can be heard in group interviews, but not seen onscreen.
Only Participants and Observers can access the interview room from their mobile device. Moderators are required to use the full desktop version.
No access to Quick Polls.
Participants cannot share their mobile screen.

Note: Depending on the settings chosen by the discussion host, your name may be shown as a pseudonym (for example, Panelist #1) in the meeting room and recording. Your video may also be blurred in the session recording.
