Create a Date question in a power survey

Ask participants to select a date (month/day/year) from lists that are automatically populated by the application.

Depending on which month is selected, the number of available days changes to match the number of days in that particular month.

Example

If a participant selects 31 from the Select a day list and then selects April from the Select a month list, the Select a day value changes from 31 to 30.
