Test a quota

After you create an entry or in-survey quota and validate your survey, test the quota to ensure that it works as desired.

1. In Power Survey Authoring, click the Reports tab.
2. Click Run Automated Test.
3. In the Automated Responses dialog, enter the desired number of automated responses.
4. To start the automated test run (ATR), click OK.
   Note: For more information about the ATR, see Run an automated test.
5. When the ATR is finished, click the Quotas tab.
6. Check the quota counts to verify that participants are being excluded or included.
   This is to ensure that the quotas are in place to capture participants.
7. Click the Exports tab and export the test data.
8. In the export file, check that the responses are properly assigned.
   There should not be any responses from participants who are outside of the entry or in-survey quota.
