View schedule information for distribution emails

Check the status and schedule information for distribution emails.

  • Click a Schedule icon to view detailed schedule information.
  • On the Distribute page, in the Invitations table, check the Schedule column beside a distribution email.
    • Successfully scheduled emails list the date and time the email is scheduled to send.
    • Emails that failed to send show a calendar icon.

  • Click the icon to find out the cause of failure, and which issues need to be fixed, before you re-schedule or re-send.
    Note: Failures caused by server errors cannot be re-scheduled or re-sent.
