Integrate Virtual Incentives

Install the Virtual Incentives integration from the App Center to connect your organization's Virtual Incentives account with your Community community, and reward members for their participation with online gift codes or other digital rewards.

Prerequisites:

You must have a Virtual Incentives account.

  1. In the navigation bar, click Product Settings > App Center - App Directory.
  2. Install Virtual Incentives using one of the following options:

    1. Navigate to the Incentives section of the Integrations page.

    2. Click Install under Virtual Incentives application icon.

    1. Navigate to the Incentives section of the Integrations page.

    2. Click the Virtual Incentives application icon.

      The application redirects you to the Virtual Incentives details page.

    3. Click Install.
  3. If this is your first time installing something from the App Directory, review the terms and conditions, select I accept the terms and conditions, and click OK.
  4. Type your Virtual Incentives credentials (Username and Password).

Note:
  • Each community can be associated with a single Program ID and SKU.
  • If you have multiple communities, you do not have to specify an incentive program for every community.

  1. Copy and paste the Program ID from your Virtual Incentives program.
  2. Copy and paste the SKU ID from your Virtual Incentives program.
  3. In the Response maximum field, enter the maximum allowable reward value for completing an activity.
  4. If you have multiple communities, repeat steps 5 to 7 for all applicable communities.
  5. Click Install.
    After the integration is installed successfully, you will see a Rewards tab when editing the invitations of eligible activities. For more information, see Assign rewards for activity completion.
