Assign rewards for activity completion

Specify the Virtual Incentives reward that invitation recipients will receive when they complete the activity.

  • Only Admins can complete this task.
  • Assigning rewards for multiple response surveys is not supported. This restriction prevents participants from receiving multiple rewards by responding to the same survey multiple times. You must use the Single response survey type instead.
  1. Click the Incentives tab.

    The Incentives tab displays the Max value per complete (which was specified when the Virtual Incentives integration was first installed). The currency for this value comes from Virtual Incentives.

  2. Type the Reward per complete value.
    This value:
    • Must not exceed Max value per complete.
    • Cannot be changed after the invitation is sent.
  3. Before you send the invitation, in the Confirm Communication dialog, review the rewards details.
    The Incentive Details section shows how much each complete is worth.
