Switch between chart and table views

Switch between chart and table views at the report level, or for individual questions.

• Switch between chart and table views at the report level.
  1. On the report toolbar, click View.
  2. Click Display as Charts or Display as Tables.
     Result: All Choice and Grid questions in the report are converted to charts or tables.
• Switch between chart and table views at the question level.
  1. On the question toolbar, click Change Chart Type.
     
  2. Select a chart option.

     Depending on the question type, some chart types may be unavailable.
