Fix spelling and grammar errors in text responses

Before creating visualizations to present to your stakeholders, you can edit responses and remove any spelling and grammar errors.

Prerequisites:

Create a text analysis from Open End questions.

  1. In the Responses tab in your text analysis, click in the Response field and edit the response.

    Tip: Use the Find field to find responses that contain a specific term.

  2. Repeat step 1 for each response that needs to be edited.
  3. Optional: Click More > Restore Original Text to undo changes.
