Refer to a quota in survey logic

Add a quota to a Survey Logic action. This step is required for creating entry and in-survey quotas.

Prerequisites:
  • Create a quota
  • If the Survey Logic action you plan to use will evaluate whether additional criteria are met, the question you reference must precede the quota in the Table of Contents.
  1. In a Survey Logic action, select Quotas as the condition source.
  2. Select the quota.
  3. Choose an operator:
    Option Description
    Quota count is full The condition is based on whether the quota count is full.
    Quota count is not full The condition is based on whether the quota count is not full.
    Quota count is full and Quota criteria is met The condition is based on whether the quota count is full, and the additional criteria defined for the quota are met.
    Quota count is not full and Quota criteria is met The condition is based on whether the quota count is not full, and the additional criteria defined for the quota are met.
  4. Set the second half of the condition statement to define what happens to qualifying participants and everyone else.
