Uninstall a SAML 2.0 SSO integration (Old SSO integration)

Uninstall a SAML 2.0 SSO integration from the App Center.

Important: A new SSO integration workflow is available via Product Settings > SSO. The information here applies to the old workflow via the App Center, which is only available to customers who have already used it to implement SSO. For information about the new workflow, see Quick start: SSO setup.
Note: Uninstalling the SAML 2.0 SSO integration will disable all existing users associated with the Identity Provider. If the integration is reinstalled, you will need to enable the users again in Settings > Manage Users by clicking Enabled and then Save. For more information, see Edit a user.
  1. In the navigation bar, click Product Settings > App Center - Installed Apps.
  2. Click Uninstall beside the integration you want to uninstall.
    Result: The Uninstall dialog appears.
  3. Click Uninstall.
    Result: A notification message appears indicating the integration was successfully uninstalled.
