Create a survey report in modern reports

A report is automatically created when you access modern reporting for a survey the first time, but you can create additional reports as needed.

1. Open the Surveys app, and on the Activities page, and open the survey you are interested in.
2. On the activity toolbar, click Report.
3. Click Modern Reporting.
4. Click New Report.
   Result: The new report is automatically generated, and it includes a tile for each question in your survey. Use the auto-generated report as the starting point, and customize it for your requirements by completing any of the following tasks:

   • Rename the report
   • Add tiles
   • Reorder, configure, or delete individual tiles
   • Add filters
   • Add banners to segment report data in crosstabs
