A user's role determines what they can access and modify.

| Dashboard Viewer |
View Analytics dashboards they have been assigned permissions to view. For example, a store manager might only be able to access the dashboard specific to their store. These users are restricted from accessing all other Alida functionality. This role is only available to customers using SCIM to auto-provision users. For more information, see Automate user provisioning with SCIM. |

| Agent | Agents can edit and create cases. |

| Video Discussions User |

Video Discussions projects in Surveys, including some or all of the following areas:

- At least 1 number
- At least 1 uppercase character
- At least 1 lowercase character
