Create an invitation Invite participants to an activity. One activity can have multiple invitations. For example, you may want to customize invitations for different member groups participating in the same activity. Create a reminder Increase response rates by sending an email reminder to complete an activity. Aside from reminders, you can also use this functionality to send follow-ups or sharebacks after activity completion. Distribute an external invitation with Alternative Deployments Allow third party applications to read and retrieve invitations to member events. Re-distribute a Sparq 1 survey To prevent old Sparq 1 invitation links from becoming active in the portal, duplicate the survey before distributing it. Closed Sparq 1 email invitation links do not become active again. Distribute an activity to the Member Hub Use the Member Hub to invite members to an activity. Editing and sending distribution emails The tasks in this section apply to all distribution email types. Scheduling You can specify when you want invitations and reminders to be sent. The application will automatically send scheduled deployment emails on the specified dates. Activity links Activity links let you invite people outside of your community to complete activities. Allow single or multiple responses Choose whether participants can be invited to respond to a survey once, or multiple times.
